- Instruct an estate agent.

- We send a draft contract package to your Buyers Solicitors.
- We deal with any queries that the Buyers Solicitors may raise.
- When the Buyer is ready contracts are exchanged and a completion (moving) date is fixed.
- On completion we repay any existing mortgages and any estate agents bill and account to you for the sale proceeds.
