  • Apply to the Local Authority/Housing Association to buy your property.
  • When a price has been agreed return the signed Acceptance Form.
  • Instruct ourselves.
  • Contact Bank/Building Society/Financial Adviser to arrange your mortgage.
  • Pay us search fees.
  • The Local Authority/Housing Associations Solicitors send us Transfer paperwork which we check together with the search results and then raise any appropriate enquiries.
  • Mortgage Offer is issued.
  • Transfer paperwork is signed.
  • A completion date is requested from the Local Authority/Housing Association Solicitors.
  • On completion we transfer funds to the Local Authority/Housing Associations Solicitors.
  • We register your ownership at the Land Registry and then forward copies of the title deeds to you and your Mortgage Company.
