- Apply to the Local Authority/Housing Association to buy your property.
- When a price has been agreed return the signed Acceptance Form.
- Instruct ourselves.
- Contact Bank/Building Society/Financial Adviser to arrange your mortgage.
- Pay us search fees.
- The Local Authority/Housing Associations Solicitors send us Transfer paperwork which we check together with the search results and then raise any appropriate enquiries.
- Mortgage Offer is issued.
- Transfer paperwork is signed.
- A completion date is requested from the Local Authority/Housing Association Solicitors.
- On completion we transfer funds to the Local Authority/Housing Associations Solicitors.
- We register your ownership at the Land Registry and then forward copies of the title deeds to you and your Mortgage Company.
