  • Contact Bank/Building Society/Financial Adviser to arrange your new mortgage.
  • Instruct ourselves and pay search fees.
  • We obtain your title deeds from your existing Mortgage Company.
  • New Mortgage Offer is received.
  • We check title deeds and search results and report any problems to your new Mortgage Company.
  • Mortgage paperwork is signed.
  • A completion date is fixed.
  • The new mortgage funds are released and your existing mortgage is paid off on the same day.
  • We register your new mortgage at the Land Registry and then forward copies of any title deeds to you and your Mortgage Company.
