are working towards full membership. We believe up to date
and specialised knowledge is vital to offer the best possible
service to our clients.
With more family homes valued at over £275,000.00 (Inheritance Tax threshold for 2005/06) tax advice is essential.
As separation and divorce rates are rising advice on protecting your assets from soon to be ex-spouses is a necessity.
If a loved one requires residential or nursing home care then we have the expertise to provide advice to guide relatives through this difficult time.
With the grief that a death causes we can assist you with obtaining a Grant of Representation or administering the estate on your behalf, including dealing with the Inland Revenue.
