The MANAGEMENT TEAM
A departmental system is used at fbc for maximum efficiency with each of fbc's lawyers working as part of a group concentrating on particular areas of law.

Each department is led by a partner (Head of Department). Together with the Managing Partner and Partnership Secretary the Head of Departments form the management team of the Firm.

The Firm have quality procedures throughout and are proud to be Investors in People accredited as well as having been awarded the Law Society approved "Lexcel" quality accreditation.
