ACCREDITATIONS
fbc believe that Law Society approved accreditations and associations assist the Firm achieve quality standards in the deliverance of expected client service. All staff are encouraged to achieve relevant accreditations from associations within their specialist area.

fbc is a member of and governed by the Law Society of England and Wales.

The Firm were proud to be the first solicitors in Wolverhampton to be awarded the prestigious Law Society approved quality accreditation “Lexcel” in 2004.

In 1997 fbc were the first solicitors in Wolverhampton to be accredited Investors in People.

The Private Client Team includes three full members and two student members of STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners).

The Family Team have accredited members of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) and have accreditation from UK College of Family Mediators.

As part of the Litigation Team the Firm are members of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the two partners in the Personal Injury Team are accredited members of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
