Members of the department belong to Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) and encourage a non-confrontational approach to resolving conflicts where possible. However there are occasions where because of the attitude of the other side this cannot be possible. In those cases fbc’s tough approach has a well earned reputation. In every case, we will do everything possible to resolve matters on the most favourable terms to you and, if appropriate, your children.

Costs are an important factor in every case and we keep clients regularly informed of the costs that have been incurred in their case and will always try to resolve matters quickly to reduce those costs.
