DEBT COLLECTION
At fbc we work with you to try to ensure you get paid quickly. We will look at how you operate by checking your systems are working efficiently and properly so that when it comes to instructing us to collect your debts all the relevant information is to hand.

Once we receive your instructions we will process the collection of your debt as quickly and cost efficiently as possible by experienced debt collectors.

We do not charge based on the value of your debt – all debts are important. A letter before action which is the letter we send to start off your claim, costs as little as £9.00 plus VAT. The majority of the debts we collect are successfully recovered from our initial letter.

We can also deal with your debt recovery by bankruptcy proceedings against individuals or winding up proceedings if a company owes you money.

If a matter becomes defended then your case is handed over to one of our qualified solicitors.
