Members of the department regularly conduct work in the Commercial Court, Mercantile Court and Technology & Construction Court and are comfortable dealing with high value complex claims. The department is used to appearing before the higher Courts having over recent years taken a number of significant cases to the Court of Appeal.
The department actively promotes mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution with all members of the department having conducted or otherwise participated in successful mediations.
The teams approach to any dispute is to provide you with a commercial solution. That solution may necessitate our issuing Court proceedings on your behalf or adopting some other approach to arrive at a cost effective and acceptable solution.
