- Instruct ourselves.
- Contact Bank/Building Society/Financial Adviser to arrange your mortgage.
- Pay us for search fees.
- The Sellers Solicitors send us draft contract and title which we check together with the search results and then raise any appropriate enquiries.
- Mortgage offer is issued.
- Contract papers are signed.
- Contracts are exchanged and a completion (moving) date is set.
- On completion we transfer funds to the Sellers Solicitors and you collect the keys to your new property.
- We register your ownership at the Land Registry and then forward copies of any title deeds to you and your Mortgage Company.
